PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 has created an unusually busy schedule in veterinary practices as pet owners have spent more time at home noticing issues that may otherwise have been missed (a good thing!) and adoptions have increased across the country (another good thing!). There is also a nationwide staffing shortage in the veterinary industry that affects the number of patients that can be seen in any given practice.

We ask that you please be understanding and not take your frustrations out on our receptionists - this has been a trying time for all as we've adapted to meet public health safety guidelines. Our office has been open to serve your pets throughout and our staff works tirelessly to accommodate the needs of both you and your pet. Thank you!

NO SHOW POLICY:
Your appointment time is reserved with the doctor; failure to keep this appointment limits our ability to care for other pets in need. We do not charge a cancellation fee with reasonable notice. However, if you fail to keep a reserved appointment time and do not call in advance, you will be charged a $25 No-Show Fee.
