However, due to high demand of appointments and a required $25 deposit for new patients, new clients will need to call the office to schedule an appointment.   412-364-5511

Online appointment & prescription requests are monitored Monday thru Friday. This form is intended for wellness appointments and non-urgent requests. We will review and respond to weekend submissions on Monday during normal business hours.

*If your pet is ill or has an urgent medical issue, please call our office at 412-364-5511 to speak with a staff member for scheduling.*

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY:
If your pet needs immediate care outside of our normal business hours, please call Blue Pearl Pet Hospital at 412-366-3400. They are located on Camp Horne Rd. just off of I-79.

No Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved with the doctor to care for your pet. If you do not keep your appointment or tell us that you can't make it, we are unable to offer this time to care for another sick pet.

We understand that unexpected things happen, and sometimes you need to cancel. That's okay! There is no cancellation fee. However, if you fail to keep a reserved appointment time and do not call in advance to advise our staff that you will not be coming, you will be charged a $25 No-Show Fee.
