Behind the scenes of ANVH’s everyday routine, we had been preparing for the renewal of our AAHA accredidation. Though our primary goal of excellent patient care has only been heightened, many changes have been made to achieve this goal. On Friday March 29th 2013, we were evaluated on over 900 standards that AAHA puts in place to raise the bar of veterinary medicine. During the evaluation AAHA toured the facility, interviewed staff, and even listened in on how we communicate with our dedicated clients. This process nearly took our entire work day, and in the end we are excited to share that we passed our inspection and had much praise from the AAHA representative.

Our commitment to superior patient and client care stands unchanged, and the accredidation helps us to solidify this idea with the community. The efforts put in place for our renewal is extra work we embrace to prove our mission to providing excellent veterinary care.
